Location: University Credit Union Center
The University Credit Union Center is located next to the Activities & Recreation Center at 750 Orchard Road, Davis, CA 95616. Use the Northeast entrance near Peet's Coffee.

Cost
$125
- Registration fees are by departmental recharge only {AggieEnterprise Chart String Account}
- Includes breakfast and lunch.
Scholarships
Scholarships are available but are limited and can be requested during registration. Deadline to request a scholarship is March 20, 2026
Cancellations
Cancellations after March 27, 2026, and 'no shows' will not be refunded. However, you can have someone else attend on your behalf.
If you choose the latter, the meal choice will remain the same and will not be allowed to change.
